Mr. Harrison returned to the law firm of Sasser & Inglis, P.C. following a 10 year engagement in solo practice in the Boise area. During his more than 20 years of practice, Matt has focused on the preparation and trial of personal injury matters from both the plaintiff and defense standpoints, with special emphasis on insurance coverage disputes and claims, personal injury claims, the defense of bad faith claims, and coverage opinions.  In addition, Matt has served as a neutral evaluator, arbitrator, and mediator in civil disputes and insurance claims.  Mr. Harrison has also served the Idaho State Board of Medicine as a panel chairman for medical negligence pre-litigation screening matters.

PERSONAL

Mr. Harrison has held various service and leadership roles in both civic and community service organizations throughout the Treasure Valley, including Law Day with the Idaho State Bar, the YMCA and Meridian Youth Baseball.  As a former Eagle Scout, Matt enjoys skiing, rafting, backpacking and fly fishing in his spare time, especially when joined by his wife and two sons.  Matt has been deeply influenced by his favorite quote from Robert F. Kennedy, who stated: It is from numberless diverse acts of courage and belief that human history is shaped. Each time a man stands up for an ideal, or acts to improve the lot of others, or strikes out against injustice, he sends forth a tiny ripple of hope.
